Free Planting Areas
Do you have something growing at home but you don't have space?
Do you have seeds you always wanted to try germinating?
We have reserved two areas in Bed 1 and Bed 3 for that purpose. Bring your seeds, seedlings or plants and pick a spot you like within those two areas and watch them grow.
If you have sown seeds, it will probably be good to mark the spot so no one else accidentally chooses the same spot.
There are wooden popsicle sticks in the shed for that purpose. Use as many as you feel are necessary.
The other areas in the garden are managed by the bed leaders and head gardener and there might be things growing that you cannot yet see. So it is always best to check in with them, if you want to add something to an area outside the free-planting areas.
